Professional Installation
Aluminum Associates provides professional installation services for those customers who want the security of knowing that their project has been completed to the highest standards, and the work is guaranteed.
Our Installation Manager takes the time to recheck all site measurements before the product is ordered, so that the person responsible for the installation is involved at an early stage. In this way we have a smooth transition from sales, to ordering, to installation – ensuring the product is installed to the customer`s complete satisfaction.
Unique to Aluminum Associates, our custom designed installation trucks have been laid out to provide the highest level of efficiency while on the job site. These 16` cube vans are fully equipped workshops on wheels at your doorstep
For the Contractor / Do-It-Yourselfer
We have an extensive line of in-stock vinyl and aluminum products, as well as the accessories, tools, and fasteners needed to complete your project. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales counter staff know these products inside and out, and they are eager to help. Provision of how-to installation guides, equipment rental, and delivery service are just some of the services that we offer to assist you. Accessible Customer Service
At Aluminum Associates we want to ensure that our services are readily available to customers who may have a disability.
Those customers with physical disabilities who want to visit our showroom will be happy to know that the entrance to our showroom is at ground level and has double doors. The display area has wide aisles and good lighting, and our washrooms were designed to accommodate wheelchairs. We welcome support persons and service animals.
All of our customer service reps have received training in accessible customer service. If we have any planned or unplanned disruption in service we will post a notice on the Contact page of this website and at the entrance to our showroom.
