Ian Low – President and General Manager
Owner of Aluminum Associates, Ian can remember accompanying his father (the company`s founder) to work and on business expeditions, when he was just five or six years old. In fact, he can`t recall a time when Aluminum Associates was not a part of his life. With virtually a lifetime of experience in the exterior home improvement industry, there is hardly a duty or task he has not performed. As a leader, the knowledge and skills that he learned as he progressed is invaluable.

Brian Rowe – Installed Sales Representative
Recognized for his professional yet inviting manner, Brian has been with Aluminum Associates since 1990. He began in a warehouse position but quickly advanced to sales, where he was able to use his product knowledge to assist his customers in selecting the right product for their application. Customers who regularly refer their friends and neighbours to Brian appreciate his straightforward approach and easy-going nature.
Derrick McClinchey – Installed Sales Representative

Our Installation and Service Team
Rick Decock – Contract Division Manager
Respected for his hands-on approach, Rick oversees the installation of siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough on single family and multi-unit dwellings, for both new construction and renovation projects. An Aluminum Associates` employee since 1988, customers have come to rely on his dependability, competence, and quick, but quiet sense of humour.
Doug Brunton – Installation Manager
Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, Doug oversees the window and door, and the eavestrough crews. Coming from a position as an installer, he can anticipate their needs and take the steps necessary to ensure that his crews have the training, tools, and materials needed to complete each job effectively and efficiently. Doug`s attention to detail is just one of the many skills that make him an excellent trainer and manager.

Our Office Team
Marisa Haemmerli – Office Manager
A skilled organizer with extensive knowledge of company procedures, Marisa exhibits unprecedented dedication. She keeps the office operating efficiently even under the most hectic conditions. Never one to run out of steam, she sets an admirable example for everyone.
Our office team is made up of a group of dedicated staff who regularly handle volumes of paperwork requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Their administrative functions include accounting, payroll and benefits, scheduling, ordering, data entry, records management, human resources, and marketing.
Our Warehouse / Delivery Team
Ken Wonnacott – Warehouse Manager
Ken started with Aluminum Associates in 1994. Along with supervising the warehouse staff, he handles shipping, receiving, ordering, and scheduling of deliveries. He ensures that our warehouse is well stocked with hundreds of products that are readily available for pickup or delivery. One of his greatest talents is his ability to procure those last minute or hard to find items that help to keep our customers happy and productive.
Pulling orders and delivering products to job sites, including the on-site fabrication of seamless eavestrough, is a regular part of the routine for members of our warehouse / delivery team. They also have the skills to fabricate custom bending orders and aluminum shutters, complete screen repairs, and assemble custom railings.
